1. Need functioning Magento Store Created with a few custom banners and products entered (including alll meta data, keywords, etc for SEO[view competitors source code for SEO Data).
2. The same products from a competitors website will need to be entered into the same categories/sub categories and the pricing will need to be 20% more than the competitors website.
