Need Virtual Assistant based in Malaysia ONLY

The applicant must possess the following skills

Requirements:

• Proficient in both language (English and Mandarin)

Passionate about Admin related work, eg. Data entry, organizing information, Google search, etc.

• Always connected via computer or mobile

• Able to use Skype/Whatsapp to make calls overseas.

• With Good IT, Math and communication skills

• Must be based in Malaysia

• Willing to accept part time only (4 hours)

• Can work between regular office hours

• Willing to accept $4 per hour rate.

Work Scope:

• Responsible for the purchasing activities and inventory

• Responsible in appointing task to other members of the team

• Draws up plan for purchase order to do the replenishing of stock.

• Assist in updating company systems

• Responsible in managing invoices

• Other tasks maybe assigned
