Upgrade the contract using the proxy protocol for burn tokens from any wallet without holder permission, only the owner 2. Upgrade the contract for make it hyper-deflationary, burning tokens from central wallet, and now deducting “form, transferto”. Burn: 1% from total tokens transfered, burn from wallet owner. 3. We lost the original folder where zoe token was generated or impresed but we have the control over all wallet by genosis safe, so we need rebuild folder for contract
