2 Transcribers Needed for 1 month

I am looking for 2 transcribers who can take some of our audio files and deliver them to us on time. Payments will be made on a per audio hour basis and the transcriber should be available to us for the next one month. The flow of work is not certain. If you can meet/accept the following requirements then please get in touch 1. Audio rates per hour will be 15$,13$,12$ for a 1,2 and 3-5 day turnaround time respectively. (depending on when do we need the transcripts) 2. Must meet deadline - In case of failure to do so, even by an hour , you will not be Paid anything . We are very particular about this. ( Take Note of this ) For experienced transcripionists, completing the deadlines will not be much of a problem. 3. All payments will be made at the end of each week. 4. Constant communication about the progress of the work is a Must. Thanks
