Airline Delays data analysis

You are to write a report that explicitly identifies the questions you are addressing, stating why you think these are interesting and what, a priori, you expect to discover/confirm, and what evidence you find in the data to answer these questions. Use numerical and especially graphical displays to illustrate these answers. Include the code essential code that you used to clean and filter the data and perform the computations for the plots and numerical summaries. Put the code in an appendix and annotate with explanations of each high-level task/block.
