Hello, I believe I am the ideal person to help you with this project. I have extensive experience in formatting Word documents. I have over 14 years experience in the print and copy industry and I was often called on to re-format supplied Word files before they went to print. They included menus, business manuals, reports and promotional material. One employer paid for me to attend courses in MS Word so that I could expand my skills and help our customers with their documents. I am currently studying a Diploma of Business Administration which has a major unit just on creating complex Word documents. This covers formatting, proofreading, writing all kinds of professional documents and much more. I could not see your sample document, I'm not sure why. However from your description I can see that your requirements are not difficult, just a bit time consuming. I would break it down into smaller tasks such as inserting all the page breaks or formatting all the answers in one go to maintain consistency. My bid is based on US$23 per document which I believe is quite reasonable given the amount of time likely to be involved. I have also allowed for the time difference when communicating as I am in Australia. Once I see your documents I may ask some more questions for clarification.
