Role Description: As a User Researcher , you will play a pivotal role in guiding the development of products by conducting both generative and evaluative UX research across the entire product life cycle. Your insights and thought leadership will empower our teams to make informed, confident decisions and set the strategy for future products and features. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to identify research objectives that address the needs of various products and projects throughout the product life cycle. Choose the most appropriate research methods and synthesize results into cohesive narratives, creating models and frameworks like task flows, journey maps, mind maps, and user segments. Work closely with product and design teams to identify research needs and design the appropriate research methods, including moderated and unmoderated remote interviews, usability tests, diary studies, journey mapping, surveys, and competitive analysis. Employ a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods as needed. Design visually engaging deliverables that effectively communicate insights, incorporating product behavioral data from analytics. Present research findings to multiple teams and leaders across the organization, fostering collaboration and socialization of research. Contribute to defining best practice frameworks, research methodologies, and documentation for research activities at every stage of the product life cycle, from prototyping to market scale. Engage in strategic need-state research to drive product innovation while managing day-to-day usability and product testing. Requirements: Work experience of e-commerce or Soclia media platform. 2+ years of experience in conducting research throughout the full product lifecycle, utilizing mixed research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) to inform product and design decisions. Proficiency in driving product discovery and innovation through need-state research. A strong ability to strike a balance between the dynamic, adaptable nature of generative research and the methodical rigor and confidence associated with academic research. Extensive expertise in conducting moderated and unmoderated remote user experience research projects, including a deep understanding of best practices for task scenarios and product concept/usability testing. Exceptional proficiency in quantitative research, including online surveys, sampling techniques, questionnaire development, and data reporting. Experience in conducting market and consumer trend research, as well as competitor analysis, with a proven ability to synthesize data from multi-method studies, including large-scale data analysis.
