Responsible of PMO Customers, Management of the Directorate General Commitments, * Activities responsible for the PMO Client: Manage my team to consolidate the horizontal view of customer projects program, advising sponsors and leaders in the concepts of Project Management, Establish criteria for transfer between phases of projects and closure of the same, Act as facilitator in the process of transferring complex projects, Implement Project Management practices established by the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) and based on PMI, Coordinate skills development programs established in the EPMO, audit the attachment to the practices to Project Management based on PMI / *Technology projects in which I participate: Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Unity, WordPress, Sharepoint, Android, IOS, etc. Responsible for infrastructure, software development, Datacenter, Help Desk (1, 2 & 3rd level) /* Activities as Operations Manager: Strategic planning, Market penetration (Turnkey projects and staffing – outsourcing, Solution Selling, Transelling, Customer centricity, etc.), Contracts negotiation, Capacity Plan, Management of resources and allocation of responsibilities, Implementation of OKRs, KPIs and Metrics, Balance Scorecard, Financial reports and objectives (TCO vs ROI, EBITA, profit margin, amortization, etc.), Opening of offices in Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala and USA
