Transition custom CSM to Laravel

This will involve: Mostly administration: * Converting all administration forms mostly written with datatables editor (CKE), CKEditor, Imagick, Deepzoom * Setting up a custom navbar / menu builder * Set up registration system with 2SA, custom captcha, logging, device history, etc * Restructure CSS and JavaScript assets for administration and public view * Rearranging assets will involve changing the structure so that when a new service/business is added that its' default asset base is copied from a common core, thus allowing the ability to custom functions such as contact, registration and other forms without interfering with the common original core. * Standardize functions * Resolving some DTE bugs * Explaining/training me on how to convert a Privacy Policy Generator to laravel * Set up a lockdown function which will prevent 2 registered users from simultaneiously sharing access. Mostly public: * Convert the custom method of creating pages to laravel method * Convert shortcode to work in laravel * Convert varying page types to laravel ==> common page, articles, blog, other. * Convert galleries and carousels to work in laravel (given the method I will help with this) * Set up pages to include php include code/forms if defined in administration. * Set up assets to use a list of bootstrap themes and other custom styling techniques defined in administration. * Training as necessary which I will convert to documentation.
