SETTING RULES ON FIELDS OF DRUPAL CONTENT TYPE

We have a couple of Content Types on our Drupal website for which we wish to set some rules. For this project, we need someone to guide the implementation of these rules. 1. We have text fields for NAME, ADDRESS, and NUMBERS. 2. The instruction to users is to use CAPS when filling out the form, but most of them fail to do so. Therefore we want the ADDRESS field to save its contents in CAPS while saving. 3. We are collecting Numbers using a text field. Some of the numbers are in the format of 0011223344. Many of our users submit wrongly, like typing Oh (O) instead of Zero (0). So we have OO11223344 instead of 0011223344. We want the rules on this field to validate that they submit only numbers. And exactly 10 or 11 digits for the numbers, as the case may be. 4. NAME: ▪️» Must be in CAPITAL LETTERS. ▪️» Must be ONLY alphabet, no punctuations or numbers. ADDRESS: ▪️» Must be in CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY. PHONE NUMBERS: ▪️» Must be ONLY NUMBERS. ▪️» ONLY 11 digits (i.e. 07012345678). Not more, Not less. OTHER NUMBER: ▪️» Must be ONLY NUMBERS. ▪️» ONLY 10 digits (i.e. 0011223344). Not more, Not less. ▪️» No number more than once, except by an Admin. ONLY ADMIN CAN BOYCOTT ANY OF THE RULES!
