New website devlopment, e-commerce site

Hi There, Have a e-commerce website to be developed. The sites primary function is to display and sell products online. I want a clean user friendly shop that allows customers to add items to their carts and wish lists. From the back end I would like to be able to add and manage orders with minimal effort. Paypal essential. I want people to sign up! So want some kind of system for the shop that if they don't sign up they will not be able to have special offers available and also not benefit from the live chat feature in the next section of the website. The next part of the website is where companies can upload their profiles this must include the following: - Large profile photo and several photo's that can be viewed when on their profile. - Clear description of the company and contact details, really needs a clean lay out. - Live chat with any of the companies when logged onto the website. (possibly incorporated the chat into the profile section of this website) This must be on the bottom rite of the page. Possibly shows all companies online, like the likes of facebook chat. - Must be able to select country and area. - Must have a search bar This is free for them and would like a easy registration process and some kind of profile that they can log in and update details with ease. Need a system to email these companies from myside that could possible be done from the back end of the website in its own category. There will also be a section for event organisations to add there events, news and upcoming attractions. This section of the website is chargeable and will need the following: - Easy registration - Easy billing system or set up a debit order - User Friendly login - Able to update their info with minimal effort through a profile (open to suggestions) - Layout is flexible though want a clean easy viewed and navigated - Must be able to select country and area - Must have a search bar Need a system to email these companies from my side that could possible be done from the back end of the website in its own category. The next section of the site is a forum where there will be live chats and topic based chats. The forum needs to work off a profile based system similar to facebook where the customer signs up and makes a profile. The profile needs the following: - Easy sign up - User friendly login - View Friends - Photos, albums and tagged photo's - Video (display video links) or upload video - Info Bar - Wall for friends to leave comments and be able to reply to the post left by friends. - Tabs that open like explorer to navigate between profile, chats and live feeds. - Live chat function to friends open available on all tabs with in this section - Search bar - Live feed window on profile of most active chats always active on profile. - Feed window from forum most recant topics always active on profile. Want the option to switch between the chat groups and profiles by means of tabs. I would like the forum only available to those who sign up. Also want a rating and add friend to the profile of people chatting nothing major, can be tweaked in development. The site needs to have live adverts running, this will be two columns running on both sides of the site. Refresh rate between every 3-4 seconds which will be images based nothing to over the top just a basic image swap. Would like this incorporated this on every page apart from the shop. The back end needs to be easy to maintain with minimal effort. I will handle all finished art work so its only development of the site. The layout has been decided already and will supplied by means of rough draft of each page. Please allow for a few basic pages to be added mainly for content like news and articles etc..
