Freelance Instructional Designer for Clinical Trial Diversity and Inclusion eLearning Course

We are a clinical trial diversity and inclusion consultancy seeking a freelance instructional designer to join our team and develop an engaging eLearning course for clinical trial site staff on how to engage and enroll diverse patients in clinical trials. As our instructional designer, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive and interactive learning experience that effectively communicates the importance of patient diversity in clinical trials and provides site staff with the knowledge and skills they need to engage and enroll diverse patients. As our instructional designer, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive and interactive learning experience that effectively communicates the importance of patient diversity in clinical trials and provides site staff with the knowledge and skills they need to engage and enroll diverse patients. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with our team to develop learning objectives and create a comprehensive eLearning course plan. • We will provide course materials, including course copy, script, instructional videos and animations for the candidate to work with. • Create an immersive, interactive state-of-the-art eLearning course, including creative gamification ideas, assessments and evaluations. We are not looking or simple voice over PowerPoint. • We expect the candidate to use powerful authoring tool like Captivate, for example. • Create a visually appealing and engaging course interface that aligns with our brand and effectively communicates key concepts and ideas. • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the course is free of errors and functions properly. • Incorporate feedback from our team and make revisions as necessary. Requirements: • Proven experience as an instructional designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful eLearning course projects. • Experience in developing eLearning courses related to healthcare, clinical trials, or diversity and inclusion is preferred. • Proficiency in instructional design software and tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or similar. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
