We need a circuit that can control 2 small brushed DC motors through Bluetooth SMART (BLE).

Hardware designer with Bluetooth and motor controller skills needed. We need a circuit that can control 2 small brushed DC motors through Bluetooth SMART (BLE). Some requirements: - Input voltage comes from a 5V battery and the circuit must be able to charge the battery from a regular USB source. - The large motor (motor 1) will have a variable load on it. When we measured it used 1.8A at 5V without any load. The other motor (motor2) will ha a fixed load and we measured 0,15A at 5V and with the load it will have. - The device shall be controlled through Chrome web browser. So it must have support for the protocols listed by Chrome. [login to view URL] - The device shall be able to be used through buttons or Bluetooth (only one at the time). The buttons are speed up (motor 1), speed down (motor 1), Bluetooth connect, power button and one button to control motor 2. - The Bluetooth button toggles if the device shall be controlled by the buttons or through Bluetooth. If it is in Bluetooth mode, the device shall be able/visible for pairing. The other buttons shall be ignored in this mode except power toggle and the Bluetooth toggle buttons. - Motor 1 shall have 8 speed levels that can be controlled from the buttons (speed up/down). Where level 0 is off and level 8 is full speed. After a reboot the motor speed shall always be set to 0. In Bluetooth mode the speed is set linearly from an INT that is from 0-255. - Motor 2 shall have 5 speed levels that can be controlled from the button (motor 2 control button). Where level 0 is off and level 5 is full speed. When you press the button the speed level increases and the step after 5 is back to 0. In Bluetooth mode the speed is set linearly from an INT that is from 0-255. - If the device is controlled through Bluetooth and the communication is lost both motor shall be set to speed level 0. - After a reboot both motor speed shall always be set to speed level 0. - The device shall be able to send the position of a 40mm linear potentiometer over Bluetooth as a INT (0-255). The potentiometer shall be external but this job includes finding a suitable potentiometer. - The circuit data from the client to device is set to be INTs from 0-255 in this requirement, but that is a minimum. A higher number is much appreciated (0-65535 is suitable). - It is not a requirement but it is wanted to be able to get/set series number, get the battery status and the device firmware version. Some other considerations: - The circuit shall be produced in 1000-2000 units. So the design must be able to be mass produced. - Price is more important than quality. - The device shall only be operated in room temperature.
