need help with Apple app store certificate signing and mobile provision creation

I am trying to create a CSR and mobile provision for distribution of an app in the Apple app store. I'm using Corona to build the apps. I have an Apple developer account, and I am using a non-trial version of Corona. I've attached the screens that I have and the errors that I'm seeing. There is something wrong with my certificate or keychain info, I guess. I would like someone to use TeamViewer and AOL Instant Messenger to *guide* me step by step through this process. I don't want you to simply do it for me. I want to learn what I'm doing wrong myself.
