SolidWorks Models

I am looking for someone that can convert a mix of AutoCAD and poorly drawn SolidWorks models. The first model to update is an AutoCAD file. The drawing is primarily use of ANSI structural iron members. First model will be a simple cart. I have caster models. Cart needs to have a basic design table, for LxWxH. and FEA table to show load capacity of the cart. The FEA form will need to exported and the model will need to be provided through Pack and Go. See the picture for a similar cart. Note the cart is not the exact cart. The cart I have will be built from Structural members with the exception of the plate on top and bottom. This first cart is targeted at $30-50. First 50% milestone will be with preliminary design. We can transfer the model back and forth to note updates.
