We make YourJustice - a decentralized justice system with ratings and lawmaking (more about us - [login to view URL]). We want to start doing online (and later - offline) events for our project and send our team members as speakers to events of other projects. For all this, we need an event-manager with experience.
**What to do**
- Ensure the growth of our community and the involvement of people in it through regular events.
- Plan your own online events on the topics of web3, decentralization, network state, etc. Ensure promotion of events on social media.
- Create and facilitate our own regular online events on Twitter, Zoom, Telegram, Discord (2-4 per month) with external popular speakers.
- Ensure regular participation of our speakers in online events on Twitter, Telegram, Clubhouse (2-3 participation per week).
- Ensure regular participation of our speakers in offline events in Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore and so on (minimum 2 per month).
- Maintain a database of speakers and opinion leaders, negotiate with them about participation and announcing our events on their resources, as well as maintain long-term warm relations with them.
**You're the right fit for us if:**
- You’re ready for an enormous amount of work and, most likely, you need to be pulled away from overtimes and regularly reminded about work-life balance.
- You have at least B2 level of spoken and written English.
- You know how to successfully negotiate with speakers and platforms.
- You have experience in organizing and conducting online events.
- You have at least user experience of interacting with cryptocurrencies (especially good if also with NFTs or DAOs).
- Also will be a huge plus If you have a network in the cryptocurrency community.
**What do we offer:**
- Remote full-time work in an international team.
- Flexible work schedule, in the case if you work only and exclusively with us and really give your best (you work more than 30 hours a week at least).
- Money: 1000-2000 USDT depending on the results + the opportunity to receive project tokens. We have a trial period. Payment during the trial period - by agreement.
