The objective is to have an App, exclusive for the Company's workers, that allows each assembly team, at the end of the day, to introduce a set of data (in pre-defined questions) that inform the Manager about the activity they have developed on that day. The information of the various teams mut be automatically compiled into an excel that serves as a working document by the Maneger.
More in concrete:
We currently have 3 teams (a / b / c), we will soon have a 4º Team, which carry out an assembly activity for isothermal refrigeration equipment. Attached, I send an excel, which contains 14 different tasks, associated with a work/Job (Client's name), associated with a period of time / hours / day of the month / team. The idea is that each team leader at the end of the day, through the App, can select the work/Job (which is a variable that changes, they exist several Jobs at the same time, they are jobs that will be concluded, and go out of the app, they are new Jobs to include in the app ), select the day of the month , and receive an individual question about each of the tasks (which do not vary) in which mut fulfill/answer with a number (Hours / Units / M2 / Ml / Etc) .... this information, along with the information filled in by the other teams, automatically must be compiled in an excel, so that the Manager can later analyze and work on the data ( Include also in the excel a dashboard ) .....
