EXCEL - VBA automatically have column "D" to work in a dynamic fashion

The file is already here is just customize code to get it to work in a dynamic manner, userform is created already is just adjustment. 10 dollars or less for this update on the userform. If one of the name in the (ACCOUNTING, SPEECH 201, ECONOMY ETC ) "D" column number is being change to another number located in the "F" column that is already in used. The Name that has a number already in used will automatically change it's number and move up an above number. What i want the userform to do. is ***If there is a particular name that has the number 5 on column "F" and it's number is being change to 2 - this name will change # to "2" any name that holds number 2 on column "F" will move up to Number "3" any name that holds number 3 on column "F" will move up to Number "4" any name that holds number 4 on column "F" will move up to Number "5" and so on Take in consideration that the word's having it's own diferent number will be determined if they are different in column "E".
