Excel VBA Optimization Model

This project requires to create a model in EXCEL VBA using macros and code to develop a user interface that will perform all the tasks as stated in the document attached here. The project is a beta test for this use of Macros in Excel. The main goal is to use simple coding and structures that will allow people that is not familiar or expert with MACROS or EXCEL VBA to learn how to implement this tools. So, the code should be easy to understand and follow, there should not be over complication or if possible use of coding that will require expert or advance knowledge to learn about this. All the details about the project requirements itself are in the attached document and an excel file will be provided to use as a base and guide for testing that it meets all requirements and performs all task associated. The most important part of the project is the development of the EXCEL VBA code using MACROS and the functionality. If this can be delivered meeting all requirements and before expected or faster you should express that with your interest.
