Hello, I can do this relatively easily for you. I can work on this right now and provide you with an example of the work product before accepting my bid. If you like what I've done you can accept it. I just completed a very similar project where a service team want to collect data in some cells...click a button...save a .pdf to a predefined location on their server and send an email copy of that to a user's email address in the spreadsheet. UPDATE: OH MY, you have a lot of data you need to enter on a regular basis in a lot of different locations. It looks like the files are located on a Sharepoint site so that helps with data flow. If you engage me to help I would need to better understand your normal process flow on data entry into which tables/by who and then the report file.
