Experience Bookkeeper/Accountant Needed

A part time individual with public accounting experience and a seasonal person to prepare individual income tax returns. Prior public accounting experience along with Quickbooks experience is required. This position will work with mid-size and small companies in various industries and work on multiple engagements. Responsible for developing strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their business. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
1) Part Time or Full-time Tax Accountant
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
• Preparation of individual income tax returns
• Preparation of sales tax and payroll tax returns
• Preparation of compiled financial statements
• QuickBooks experience a must
• Accuracy and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel
• ATX software knowledge is a plus
• Audit experience is a plus
• Experience working with Non-Profit Organizations is a plus
2) Seasonal Tax Preparer
This is an ideal position for a person to work more in the winter and less in the summer
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
• Preparation of individual income tax returns
• Accuracy and organizational skills

• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• ATX software knowledge is a plus
• Audit experience is a plus
• Experience working with Non-Profit Organizations is a plus
