E2E solution to sell Excel with VBA on web (Fixed price £150)

I have an Excel code that I want to sell on the internet. The Excel contains VBA code written by me (not freelancer). The following is the process that I will follow after freelancer completes the project: 1. On completion of the prpject, Excel file will contain my code, plus the code from the freelancer. This is a baselined code. 2. I will digitally sign the code. (freelancer don't need to worry about this step. Important to understand that VBA code cannot be modified after this step.) 3. Digitally signed file will be uploaded to the web. 4. Customer downloads the trial version or pays to use the file. The file download will be exe format 5. Customer runs exe to finish installation. Based on the trial or full version, the excel with VBA is deployed to customer's machine. Installer specifics (freelancer's responsibility): - EXE format - Should show progress bar - Put required details in windows registry - Software is only made for windows not mac - Creates a folder called "ASSL" in AppData folder. User (customer) should be able to write the files in this directory. - Sign code using my certificate - Produce clear documentation on how to build new exe. FYI: This work is POC. I should be able to follow instructions to perform the steps myself. Website specifics (freelancer's responsibility): - A basic website containing details of the product. Just give placeholder to add product details, adding details of the product is my responsibility. - User should be able to create account. Give email validation for account creation. - Checkout process, to get the license key. Must have option to accept T&C page. Must login to checkout. - On login, show order number, licence key, and PC name associated with the key. - Accept paypal and card payment - On Successful validation the key should get stored in a online DB. - Produce clear documentation. FYI: This work is POC. I should be able to follow instructions to perform the steps myself. Excel VBA code specifics (freelancer's responsibility): - Same Excel file should handle trial and licence version - Accept key entered by the user in excel vba form text box - The key validation process should include the following: a. Online key validation from DB b. Get PC name and store in the DB c. Make changes in windows registry to change from trial to licence - Whenever Excel file opens, it should validate the registry input. - Attached is sample Excel macro file - Produce clear documentation on how to build new excel.
