I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are to enhance/create Excel or other MS tool to allow me to quickly manage very small ICT programs including timelines, risks, issues and reporting. I have an Excel spreadsheet that I purchased online that is really easy to use for creating timelines (I don't need it to manage dependencies just milestones). I can share that spreadsheet. It needs some formating tweaks. I would then like a really basic repository for comments, status, risk and issues and decisions that combines with the timeline spreadsheet to create a simple project status report. I already have a resource forecasting and financial control sporeadsheet that I am required to use so I would like the report to just prompt me for the financial data and I will manually enter the figures. There should only be 3 figures. The report needs to accommodate both time and materials and fixed price items, where using the have not uploaded any files.
