Seeking a trainable and customer-oriented on-site technical support staff and installation staff to join the FutureLabs team. As an on-site technical support staff member, you will receive training to provide basic technical assistance to our clients at their physical locations. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues. You may also be required to pack our gear, and drive vehicles with our equipment to and from site. You may also be required to do equipment errands for new equipment. A valid drivers licence and able to use own vehicle would be an advantage. No prior work experience in technical support required; training will be provided. Regular contract work! Dates & Locations Regular Melbourne work. Regular work across Australia. Compensation & Contract Details Rate: AU$30.00 - $35.00 / hour, based on previous experience
