Project Title: Personal Trainer
I am looking for a personal trainer who specializes in strength training and has experience in helping clients achieve muscle gain. I make a lot of excuses and I'm getting sick of my own shit.
- My main goal is to gain muscle and improve my overall physique. I'am currently built like pre-super soldier serum captain america.
- I would like to have personal training sessions 3-4 times a week to ensure consistency and progress.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Certified personal trainer with a strong background in strength training and muscle gain.
- Experience in creating personalized workout plans and adapting them to individual needs.
- Knowledge of proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results.
- Ability to provide guidance and support to help me stay motivated and accountable throughout the training process.
