Banner Flash Animation

Hello, I'd like the animation to perform the following steps in order: 1 - Display the logo 2 - Have my icon(s) move across the screen 3 - A mouse icon clicks on them and makes them disappear (poof/cartoon effect) 4 - The street lights are then turned off slowly (dimming) 5 - It ends with the banner just being visible Details: * The banner must be waving throughout the animation; as if wind is blowing it. You will be using the following images and icons to create the animation (not all icons as seen will be used). The images and icons will be provided by myself.
