LOGO DESIGN, FLASH HEADER, footer, banners

I need someone that can design a LOGO that I have in mind within a day or two at the most. I pretty much know exactly what I want, but need a good artist that can do the design as I have in mind. I have samples of other designs that contain elements of what I want exactly. The design is complicated though and involves some flash to use with the header, so you must be talented using flash as well. I want the logo intergrated with flash for my website, although static for any print material of course. I also want a flash image/message header and already know exactly what I want it to say, but it will contain multiple moving aspects. I have a sample of how I would like it to function as well. But I need someone with excellant graphic and artistic abilities to bring my ideas to life. I want the logo and flash header done first within a day or two at most, but then I would want some animated banners of the normal sizes made using the logo and information from the header. I have photo samples of what I like, but not copyrights to them, so the artist/designer needs to have a good portfolio of photos and graphics that they have copyright privileges to in order to use. If you don't have this, please don't bid. If you can't start immmediately or complete this assignment in a day or two, please don't bid. I will give all the samples and details in pmb to those who bid. I expect all normal file formats for logos and flash delivered at the end of the project with full copyrights included.
