Flash Interaction/Animation

I am creating an education project where a doctor, through mouse interaction, would simulate placement of a catheter in the heart. The simulation would involve 8-10 different steps. Each step would be a multifunction mouse interaction, such advancing the catheter into the heart, withdrawing it, pushing it right, left, etc. I'm looking for someone who can build the Flash interactivity through Action Script preferably 2.0 and create the accompanying illustrations showing the catheter moving. There would be 8-10 different steps but in each case we would need to show the catheter moving in any of the possible directions that the manipulation could go (right, left, up, down, etc). I've included an image of the catheter.
