I currently have a generic template type site, what I am needing is a nice clean site with as much original content as possible. The site is a foreclosure consulting site that provides information about the business as well as current forclosure information. In order for this site to convert well there will need to be some thought behind what it will take to beat the competition. Please check out the current site at [login to view URL], some of the content currently in use can be reused but I think the layout could be better and of course the more information the better the conversion rate. The site does not need to be fancy, just a nice clean look and be browser friendly as well as a reliable speed for the broadband challenged folks. Please be as detailed as possible when bidding, please include how many pages you intend on creating, how much content, and what you intend providing for the bid amount.
