178670 Fix or replace a flash player

We need to fix a bug in the flash mp3 player we use when it shows on IE. Otherwise, we need a new one that meets the requirements. We are using the JW player (several instances on each page). As you can see in the sample page (ask me by PM for the page url), when you click on a internal link (that goes to an anchor in the same page) and then press the 'back' button on IE, the interface of the player dissappears. We need only the basic funcionality of the player in order to play one voice audio file per player (play/stop, progress bar and volume). If you prefer, you can provide a new one with that functionality and with the same appearance, but you must provide the source code. It must allow to hard code the path inside the player in order to hide the mp3 file location. Another protection measures will be welcome.
