Flash to HTML GURU Wanted!!!!!

We are looking for a sharp HTML web designer who can covert our FLASH website AND update 5 pages of our existing website. FREELANCER should be able to work efficiently and meet deadlines. Our site is flash AS1 and we only have partial root files. So you have to know what you're doing in order to complete assignment. Within working and updating these pages, we need you to assist on Search engine optimization for our website... We will need you to upload new websites to host company and direct us on how to update images and text for future updates. Only serious people please. We don't have time to instruct on every detail. Also include pricing for two HTML 5 small websites both will have 6-8 pages. Samples below.
