Very Talented Website Designer required!

We are looking for very talented web designers and developers in India who have significant experience designing and developing high quality websites. The selected freelancer(s) shall need to have experience with several or all of the the following: -Web Design -Flash -HTML -ASP -JavaScript -PERL -PHP -Creating Logos/Graphics -database - Access and MySQL For this project you will need to create a very high quality design based upon the sample website located at: www.msdw.com. The design must then be developed into a fully functional 22 page website which shall be available for view in 3 languages. The website shall need to be developed from scratch, that is from the ground up, as it cannot be cloned, and no code may be copied from the sample site. The site shall need to be viewable in three languages, with a backend administration panel and CMS where the content and all images in all 3 languages can be modified. The centerpoint of the homepage is its graphically rich high quality flash map. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HIGH QUALITY DESIGN!!! IF YOU CANNOT CREATE A VERY HIGH QUALITY DESIGN AND DEVELOP A GRAPHICALLY RICH SITE OF THE SAME HIGH QUALITY AS THE SAMPLE PLEASE DO NOT BID!!! YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND OURS!!! Please provide a sample or link to your best one or two flash projects, so that we can evaluate your work, and determine if you have what it takes to work with us on this project. This project may lead to an ongoing relationship as we have several projects on track to start immediately. If you are a talented designer, with above average skills, who wants to pick up interesting work and to provide good service for good pay bid now! Please bid fairly as we know the exchange rates and will pay a fair wage in Indian Rupees. So if you are going to quote us US$10 per hour or something similar please do not bother as we will not be paying six months of average wages to design and develop a website.
