Talented Flex developer

Due to other commitments of my present developer, I’m looking for a talented Flex developer/coder with great application design skills. The developer will need to already have a licence to use MDM Zincin. I currently have a basic desktop video editor that is requiring further developments and enhancements The Jackhappy moviemasher uses the Flex technology and compiled using MDM Zincin Please read the following carefully and please see attached images. Please contact me and I will provide you with the exe for access to the libs N.B. the website is of an Adult nature and the moviemasher exe contains no viruses, spyware etc Jackhappy moviemasher overview Please see my site [login to view URL] [login to view URL] allows users to download specially made videos of Adult models and by using the Moviemasher, these video clips can be super-imposed into their own videos, to make look as if the action is taking part in the users video, or, they can simply play the clips of the models on their desktop directly from the moviemasher. The moviemasher is presently only available for PC When a user creates an account, they then can download the Moviemasher onto their local host. They then browse and purchase clips and a direct download link appears on their moviemasher for them to download All our clips have alpha channel encoded, thus the backgrounds are transparent. These videos are in the flv format and range 3 – 5 minutes long The downloaded moviemasher stores these clips on the local host and are encrypted. These clips are then used in the moviemasher Enhancements and further features to the current moviemasher: Before awarding the project, I need the developer to examine the current moviemasher and state which of my requirements can or can’t be achieved - stating why 1. Currently there’s a timelines indicating user’s video and a models particular scene. The timelines are quite inadequate from a user perspective – as there is no ability to cut videos to a particular length, thus no ability to match the length of user content with the varying lengths of jackhappy videos I need the removal of the timelines and a user can only to import a video 3minutes in length maximum – no matter how long their initial video is ([login to view URL] jackjappy videos will now be set at 3minutes each) 2. Currently, In order to import a user defined video i.e. avi, mpeg etc - the moviemasher needs to convert the video into flv format I need the moviemasher to import user’s media of - a variety of common video types without the need for that video to first go through a process of encoding into flash. Also, the ability to import images into the Moviemasher 3. A new console with additional features, please see image: New Moviemasher and these features are taken from this website: [login to view URL] The moviemasher currently allow users to re-scale/re-size directly within the window by grabbing hold of the handles. In addition to this I’d like the user to resize/scale independently and other features implemented in a new console. Please see image: New Moviemasher for these additions 4. Very important to have aesthetically pleasing re-design of a new skin and features/icons. My desire is to have the Moviemasher to look as appealing as possible. The removal of the How To Video on the Moviemasher and a new How To illustration implemented instead. Illustration to be provided by me 6. Design branding to the current pre- loader exe to have a new custom image, please see image: Moviemasher Installallation and a new desktop/tray icon Very Important -The relationship between the desktop moviemasher and the Jackhappy website should NOT be affected in any way. This may lead to further developments – i.e. Mac version etc.
