Someone who entered into a legally binding 6-month contract with my business canceled their accont. My team approached her to ask when she can make her outstanding payments and she was disrespectful and sarcastic. I called her, told her to please be professional with my team and she was sarcastic, and hung up on me. Then, she blocked all of us, so that she cannot pay her debt.
