Lesbian Romance Ghostwriter Wanted - 30K word story (on-going project)

I am looking for a High-Quality 30000-word lesbian romance story, in the first person perspective. No erotica scenes but sensual scene are great. You are expected to come up with all the characters and plots. I prefer novels with lots of fun dialog and of course, a happy ending. I am only interested in Native American or Canadian writers with romance writing experience. Experience in writing lesbian romance will be a huge advantage. Skype interview may be requested. RIGHTS: I will own all rights to the book. Successful applicant will have to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure confidentiality of the project. A sample of the non-disclosure agreement is attached. QUALITY OF WORK: Content must be original. Work will be sent to copyspace to ensure originality. You will not be paid if any plagiarized work is submitted and of course, Bad reviews guaranteed. Quality is my TOP priority. I am looking for a long term working relationship. A consistent amount of books and even book series in the future can be expected and as long as the writer delivers high-quality work. If writer delivers top-notch excellent quality work, I can help the writer to build their pro-folio by leaving a comprehensive review and testimonial to as well. MILESTONE PAYMENT: I will contact suitable applicants and A 1000-word sample according to my specification will be required for screening and review purpose before the confirmation of the actual project. I will pay USD 20 for this sample. Rate will be USD 1.5 per 100 words for the rest of this book. A total of USD 450 for the 30000 word book. After confirmation and initial communication, the writer will have to prepare a book outline with the detailed outline (including Characters, plot, setting, style, etc) for my approval within 7 days after the acceptance of the offer. I offer a milestone payment of USD 100 upon completion of first chapter and the outline. The second milestone will be the partially completed work (at least 15000 words). You will be paid USD 100 upon approval. This part shall be submitted within 14 days after the 1st milestone. Final payment of USD 250 will be paid upon the completion of the edited manuscript. Expected delivery date will be within 21 days after the second milestone. Your manuscript will ONLY BE ACCEPTED if it is spotless (zero errors).
