Interior and exterior SketchUp replica of Building

need someone reliable who is really good at 3D modelling to make a very professional 3D model of a building's outside and inside (with detailed outside including surrounding terrain and parking lot, interior walls, carpet, and furniture) in Chicago ASAP. Use Sketch Up pro for building the model and create certain visually attractive scenes. The deliverables will be all the actual project files and the renders.
