New trained models on top of CharGPT 3.5/4 (screening)

We want to create a ChatGPT model that will be trained with our content and offered as a chatbot, similar to how ChatGPT v3.5/v4 operates. We aim to reuse the OpenAI infrastructure and potentially rent an instance from them, utilizing the language model they support. We need you to provide a few endpoints for this model instance, such as: - POST learn(args: {instanceId: string; title: string; content: string}): void - DELETE learn(args: {instanceId: string; title: string; content: string}): void // To remove this content (optional) - GET startChat(args: {instanceId: string;}): string // To retrieve a session ID - GET ask(args: {instanceId: string; question: string}): string // This endpoint is where the user asks something and the AI responds with an answer. These methods are likely what we need for this. We should be able to easily generate new models (new instances) for different training through API calls, but it depends on how easy this would be. We are not sure of the feasibility of these requirements, and this ticket is for research to assess the capabilities of the AI market, as well as the availability of developers.
