Tough graphic modification project

A challenge for all you graphics wizards out there: I need the the circular mostly black and white graphic to have the palm trees in it taken out, and then the color palm trees from the other graphic (MINUS the sun) added into the top B&W pic so that they fit ok into the circle (a little bit of sticking out of the circle is ok). The new color palm trees should be adjusted size wise to be close to the same as the original black ones were. Both graphics are attached in .ZIP for you to work with. NOTE: Mock-ups would be nice and appreciated so that I know you can do it and make it look good, but not essential. But....First nice one I see wins the bid right away!
