Logo + Site Design Joomla Project

I have a joomla template purchased. I also have installed and set up joomla. I need certain changes into the template and i need a brand new logo as well as 6 different banners. I will be buying high-resolution stock photos to help you in the banner I will need you to make the site such that the home page has a black-colored background(already done) and the rest of pages have a white background (you have to do this). LOGO: I need a highly relevant, simple, sharp, nice, and unique logo. Unlimited revisions would be appreciated. I value creativity and beauty, i hope you can make a relevant and nice logo... BANNER WORK: For the 6 banners, we have an area on the home page, which should be ajax enabled so that: The banner are is exactly like the ajax enabled banner area of: [login to view URL] (so it means I want the 1,2,3 buttons, I want the play and pause buttons, and I want that each banner can be hyperlinked to a different page by me (either inside joomla admin or in coding, both are fine for me) There are many 3rd party joomla extensions available for this purpose. If you want to use a commercial one, you should mention that while making a bid (so that I can take into account the cost of that as well). OTHER WORK: There will be some minimal tasks such as: a. I will need you to make the site such that the home page has a black-colored background(already done) and the rest of pages have a white background (you have to do this). b. I will need the top area of the site to move upwards (with buttons etc) so that we can have more room for the banner area as well as the text below it c. I want the footer of the site to be somewhat like [login to view URL] (NOte I know how to put the texts, i want a nice sort of design kind of thing at the bottom... but this is only to be done if it will not affect the speed of the site too much) MAIN GOAL: To make a nice site, and to make it load fast. Please understand that these both conditions are very important. And also that I need this work to be done asap, within 5-7 days at the maximum. NOTE: You must be documenting whatever work you do; so for instance if you install a module or change stylesheet, you should note the module you installed, or the files that you changed.
