Take my content in Word and Fancy it up like my competior

Hello, I need you to design a pdf document/brochure that I plan to hand out to local clients. My competitor has exactly what we are looking for. I attached it to this project. It is called AMG_Social_Media. I created my own content and I want it snazzied up similar to theirs. Please feel free to add stats quoates similar to theirs if you see fit. Of course we want our own unique look. I attached a copy of the content I want added to my document minus a few things. As you can see on AMG document, each page has a unique footer with their company, slogan and contact info. We need something similar. On the second page of AMG document you will see how they have a management package set up and details. I want something setup similar to this. I don't quite have my details ready so I will need you to pre fill it random text and I will edit the document myself later. I will need all images used on the document sent to me after completion. I plan to use this for Brochures, standard size print off etc...
