Hi I am looking at getting two pages developed for IPad2... basically a flash screen which they touch which then takes them to a screen to which they will touch to fill out about 5-6 fields...The inital field will be a unique code and then the rest will be set numbers or identifers. I need to have this form tabulated daily as it is a customer survey for us as a business to find if they will refer clients. This is the first stage of the project with further development depending on how the customers respond. I have designed the layout plan etc and all I need is someone to programme it..what cost would I be looking at. I do have some techinical knowledge and can communicate via Jing etc and my concept plans. The layout and design of the fields has been done all I need is someone to program the project
