Make changes to a vector image (and some design issues)

We need help with our book cover. We have a vector image (purchased online from a royalty free image database). We need to make changes to the vector image. A rough psd-sketch will be given to you showing most of the changes. Some changes will be explained in text. Attached is a picture showing most of the changes to the front of the cover. There will also be made simple changes done to the back of the cover, and two panels. Please respond with examples of previous works or link to portfolio. All bids that does not contain the text above the girl in the picture will be ignored. This is a test to remove all the freelancing spambidders. Have fun :)
