Miltiple banners for website

We are looking to add some very eye-catching banners 743 x 300p on our website to replace the ones currently on our webiste - see attached image for an example of our work. We will need about 5 images created from basic photography we will send over, we will need eye catching bacgrounds and the image boxes rounded off in the corners. We may also require smaller boxes to promote other individual items, these will be smaller 220px wide (some square some tall) We would also need continuous monthly work.
