Project details: I am looking for someone who is very creative and will be able to create a real estate site for me. Now, I need this person to be able to create a logo, and banner for the website as well. I do not have a specific color, but would like a general color black, blue, white, etc. Now, this project will include a real estate website. I will be wholesaling properties at a low discount price. You will need to figure out how to make the website attractive without any properties. My goal is to have the seller call me, set an appointment, and sell their home to another potential buyer or my partner. I would like the customer to visits my website and feel they are working with a fortune 500 company. Also, you will need to create a content management system so I'll be able to edit any changes.
