Redesigning ecommerce website

What will you charge to completely redesign my site "[login to view URL]" with some cool flash animation feature implementation. We currently do not have any definite animation idea for the top of the site page. However, we can work together on ideas, suggestion and implementation. We kind of want a nice impressive website that will serve as our co-operate/Company website and yet as an ecommerce website. We are open to all kinds of idea from you. *Below are some of the things we also want to see on the site: Top of the page will have the some cool Flash animations of perhaps people doing all sorts of workout exercise using our Realsauna suit in a "Realsauna Company Gym like setting/background" like on treadmill, jump roping, jogging, working out and so on..(Just an Idea, though I am open for your suggestion and ideas).
