Multi-purpose template

I need a responsive template. Bootstrap 3.x it's required. This template should be a multi purpose template with modern design. I don't want something already exist. I will check if template already exist. I want something unique. Should have all the pages from here : [login to view URL] ***DO NOT COPY OR INSPIRE FROM THIS TEMPLATE*** I want a different template but with the same pages. Should be W3C valid. I will test it for each page. Also I need a documentation for this template. No js or css inline please. Unfortunately my budget it's only 50$ and 5 stars. If you read all of this please start your proposal with : Jex The time it's not a problem but quality is. Payment at the end. I want to see templates to understand what "modern" mean to you. Thanks
