Website for humanitarian campaign

Scope of work We want to design a website for a humanitarian campaign that will engage the crowd to post their stories and publish it. It will collect stories from visitor about their problems in one of the countries. The website will be able to help the campaign to go viral by encouraging the people to post and share their stories on Facebook, Twitter, etc. It will have a dashboard where the progress of campaign is measured. The website should be designed as the following requirements: • Bilingual. Both Arabic and English. Arabic is will the main interface • Designed in modern template suitable for the objective of the campaign • suggest three different template and 2 days for each template • The website must be built using WordPress • Support newsletters creation and publishing • The used CMS platform and its plugins should be fully updated, patched according to Security best practice. • The website must be fully responsive. The whole website must comply with HTML5. The project duration is 10 days and it will be counted after agreed on the templates. If you can’t finish it within a week, please don’t bid. Terms and conditions (please read very carefully before you bid): --Progress has to be reported on a daily basis. If there is no communication (daily calls on Skype/Hangout or status reports update) we will report this clearly as an issue in the final feedback report. --Payment will be done only when the milestone is complete. No matter how it took to develop or to revise the work. The word “Complete” here means acceptance from our side and no error/issues/bugs, etc. in other words, quality is very key. --The project has to be finished within 10 days maximum. If the project milestone is not yet delivered by the end of these 7 days then we will report it as a "Failed or Report Incomplete Project" and we will submit a report of our feedback on your performance. No matter how small or big any work left on the project by that time. -- The developer will need to sign a strict NDA for the work.
