Create an online multi-lingual portal (both a website and an app in at least English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese) that connects the activity providers around the world with the travellers who are planning their trips. Focus on the type of activity and location for travellers to find their ideal activities. Sporty and fun portal with a focus on visuals and relevant icons. The portal do the following for the following parties: Service provider - Allow service provider to post their service offerings: description, activity details, type of activities, age requirements, difficulty ratings, etc - Post videos and pictures - Google map to show where the activity takes place - Respond to customers' enquiries within the portal - Respond to reviews - Receive payments and Keep track of activity signup history through this portal Customers: - create account with the portal: Name, Email address, Address, Date of Birth, Payment details, Activity-type interest, region and country of interest - Search for services by: i) type of activities, ii) country>cities, iii) dates, iv) number of participants, v) costs ranges, vi) customer ratings - book the activity with the service provider online and make payments via major payment channels (paypal, visa, mastercard, unionpay) - input reviews of the activities that the customers signed up previously Other features: - Activity recommendation pages and library with videos and pages - show recommended activities on map - Ability send mass emails to customers who are interested in certain type of activities - ADs space on page Feel free to suggest other features that would be useful too.
