Hi there, I have understood the overall scope of work from the attached word document, I have fully understood the requirements and do not see any technically hurdles, as everything is explained very well but your budget is very low, so would you be flexible in it? I mean AUD 750 is definitely very unrealistic price for such a website project, as there are lot of features required in the attached document.
