Build a Share Point Portal website -- 2

Need to build a share point portal with 10 subsites all sites can use the same template. SharePoint is part office 365 subscription. Function needed 1. Document management, news announcement, and calendar sharing with outlook and non-outlook calendars 2. Ability to send emails to document repository for each subsites. 3. Ability to share calendars 4. Ability to automatically post documents to each portal from local folder. 5. Auto archiving of Sharepoint documents. 6.
